entrepreneurs, and growing businesses by providing professional and affordable office infrastructure.
Workinova aims to create an ecosystem where businesses can operate efficiently without the burden of
long-term commercial leases or high infrastructure investments.
Our spaces combine flexibility, community, technology, and productivity, enabling companies to scale
their teams seamlessly.
By accessing or using our services, you (“Member”, “Client”, “User”) agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Services Offered
- Flexible desks and coworking spaces
- Private cabins and office suites
- Meeting and conference rooms
- Virtual office services
- Business support services
All services are subject to availability and agreement terms.
3. Membership & Booking
- Membership is non-transferable unless approved by Workinova
- Valid ID and KYC documents are required for onboarding
- Bookings are confirmed only upon payment
- Workinova reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion
4. Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise
- Security deposits (if applicable) are refundable subject to deductions
- Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services
- Prices are subject to revision with prior notice
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable
- Meeting room bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled as per policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time
6. Use of Premises
Members agree to:
- Use the workspace for lawful business purposes only
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism
- Avoid activities causing disturbance, damage, or illegal conduct
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal operations
- Excessive noise or nuisance
- Misuse of internet or IT systems
- Bringing hazardous materials
7. Access & Security
- Access may be controlled via ID cards, biometric, or digital systems
- CCTV surveillance is in operation for safety
- Members are responsible for their belongings
- Workinova is not liable for theft, loss, or damage
8. Internet & IT Usage
- Wi-Fi is provided on a fair-use basis
- Users must not engage in illegal downloads
- Hacking or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited
- Activities that compromise network security are not allowed
Workinova reserves the right to monitor usage for security purposes.
9. House Rules
- Respect other members and staff
- Follow meeting room booking schedules
- Maintain decorum in shared spaces
- Comply with safety and emergency protocols
10. Liability & Disclaimer
Workinova provides services “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for:
- Business losses or interruptions
- Data loss
- Personal injury (except due to proven negligence)
11. Intellectual Property
- Workinova branding, logos, and materials are the property of Workinova
- Members may not use branding without written permission
12. Termination
- Workinova may terminate or suspend services if Terms are violated
- Services may be suspended in case of delayed payments
- Misconduct or illegal activity may lead to termination
- Members may terminate their membership as per agreed notice period
13. Force Majeure
Workinova shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Power or infrastructure failures
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur.
15. Amendments
Workinova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated via website or email.
